Some times they use old tricks….!
The heavy titles are good to keep them happy…!!!
Just to end up in a situation like this…
Some times, The Indian promotion policies are hard
to understand !
When promoting a guy seems the only
solution !
Promoting young talent is in the interest of the
organization !
They end up promoting a wrong guy too !
Then they protect him, no matter what !
It is more shocking at times !
Ever wonder Why there is “no stitch in time” ?!
Some organizations end up being level conscious !
They negotiate with performing employees and hold
them back…!
Yeah ! Sometimes, there are brats too !
Most of the Indian companies have huge
turnover of manpower….!
Well, it’s the employee who compromises
without complaining !
SO EMPLOYERS CARRY SURVEY TO
KNOW WHAT’S GOING ON !
BUT ONLY SURVEYS WON’T HELP !
The results of surveys are
shocking some times !
At times, even HR guy needs a change….
But frustration may also come from the
top….
Some Indian companies don’t have many
employees getting retired….
FOR SOME, THERE ARE SURPRISES TOO !
Indian Festivals slow down resignations to
some extent !
