    Increase in per capita consumption of edible oils withrise in income and notable increase in institutionalconsumption and middle class of the society

    Price Outlook

    I am not expert on price outlook however, based on mynow e ge, wou e to s are my v ews w t you.

    We have to keep an eye on the developing Soybeancrops in South America , particularly to the impact of

    .the fight for acres in USA between corn , cotton ,soybeans and wheat. Finally we have to watch the rate

    o grow o e wor economy.

    It is quite possible that during the oil year Oct 2010 toSept. 2011, the world will have to draw down thevegetable oil stock for the third successive year . If thatwere to happen, we are not likely to see any significant

    higher in the first half of the year and then may declinein the second half depending on the recovery in palm

    production.
