I often study in the ACU

library when I have free

time in between classes. I look for a quiet place at

the back because I prefer

to study in silence with

no one around.

Whenever people sitnearby and start talkingI get so distracted and

find it hard to concentrate.I don’t have a desk to

study on at home so this

is the only time I study

like this.

This is my study spot

at home where I always

sit with my dog.

I don’t have a computer

So I use my laptop to

access my course work.

I engage best with my

learning when I study here

on my couch.

Sometimes I even watch

the television when I study

on the couch.

This can be somewhat

distracting if there is a

tv show I am interested

in. But, usually it is just

playing in the background.

If ever I am working on

an assignment I don’t

put the television on

at all.

My bed is the place where

I constantly reflect on my

learning.

When I am planning assignments I usually

work on my bed and place my papers

everywhere.

My bed is not always the

most comfortable place

to study though.

I constantly find myselfreflecting about my learning while driving.

The music sometimes helps me think clearer.

The only disadvantage

is that there is that

there is nowhere to

write down my

thoughts.
