RECOGNITION in 2009IWSB among four New Age B-Schools expected
to impact India in the near FutureRavi J Mathai Centre for Educational Innovations and Incubation,
IIMA is writing a CASE on New Age Business schools that have significant potential to impact the economy and the nation. One of the four B-schools that is identified for writing the case is IWSB, apart from ISB, Great Lakes and SOIL.
Sanjeev Bhalla from IIMA visited the IWSB campus to study in November. It is indeed motivating to see IWSB being noticed by the industry and academia alike
Hi Sreeni, Once again thanks for taking out your valuable time yesterday. A couple of positive things that I noticed
were - the confidence level of students was amazing and that the quality of food in the cafe was one of the best I've had in any college.
I've come across B-school students from Top 20 schools who have no confidence even if they have the best of ideas. I think the confidence here is a reflection of the strong input mechanism, the grounded pedagogy and the students' faith in the system!
Regards,Sanjeev
Sanjeev Bhalla has over fourteen years of experience in Technology and Consulting in India and abroad. This year he has taken a break to pursue PGP-X program at IIMA. He is working with a couple of professors under Centre of Educational Innovations and Incubation at IIMA on the case.
