4. Bag Filter / Pocket Filter.

Our organization offers a wide range of Bag Filter, which is manufactured using non woven filter media. This media is thermal

bonded, fire retardant and progressively structured with clean air side that ensures the retention of solid particles up to stipulated

micron rating. Furthermore, the filter is covered with the sustaining layer of spun bonded media and these pockets are fabricated in

galvanized iron casing M. S powder coated. The filter media is sealed with thermal bonding or stitching as per the requirement of the

client.

5. Fine Filter

Air filters are of many types and are designed, manufactured, and applied to meet a wide variety of industrial and commercial

requirements for clean air. Commercially available filters are divided into three distinct categories based on how they operate to

remove suspended particulate matter from the air passing through them. The largest category, often referred to as ventilation or

heating, and air conditioning (HVAC) filters, is composed of highly porous beds of resin-bonded glass or plastic fibers.

Technotech Airflow systems offer air Filters, which protect the equipment and delicate instruments from the dirt, water, and oil

usually, found in compressed air. Our filters remove these contaminants at an efficiency rate of 99.99% for 0.01-micron particles and

droplets.

8. Wire Mash Filter

Wire Mesh Filters wire mesh filters are specially designed filters used in air washers or fresh air units. These are

very useful in dusty surroundings where filters are to be cleaned very frequently and these filters can be cleaned

very easily. A standard wire mesh filter has seven layers of aluminium wire mesh in a frame made out of heavy

gauge GI sheets or Aluminium sheets. Two extreme layers are for support only which has bigger gaps and the rest

five layers of small gaps are corrugated and plain meshes placed alternatively. These filters are capable of cleaning

the air upto 30 microns of dust particles. Filters of higher rating like 10 micron or 3 micron are also available

Efficiency Standard metallic viscous filters have an efficiency of 65% for 20 micron size

particles. Metallic filters with an efficiency rating of 65-85% to capture 25 micron to

50 micron size particles are also available on order. Efficiency can be increased to

85% if the filters are oil wetted.

9. Air Filter.

10. Carbon Filter.

Carbon Filters is mainly used in removing the color, odor, smell, and unwanted chlorine from the water. These filters

are extensively used for various filtration applications such as potable water, oil removal, effluent plants, chemical

plants, and boiler feed. The carbon filtered water finds wide usage in general purpose like bathing, washing of cloths

and utensils.

11. Fuel Filters.

The fuel filter protects the engine supply system (carburetor or injector) by eliminating and impurities from the fuel. Filtered fuel thus

helps to increase engine performance and service life. Fuel filter will reduce energy costs and help fight polluting through their

Filtering ability of removing all dusts and impurities in fuel (light oil) that goes to the injection part of Carburetor by using proper filters

according to their uses of Gasoline, Petrol & diesel Vehicles.

It must provide a sufficiently high filtration threshold to protect the injectors, in other words by systematically stopping a spectrum of

harmful particles with sizes ranging from 5 to 20 microns. It must also maintain filtration performance over time thanks to high

contaminant retention levels, without pressure drop due to blockage of the media thereby affecting the fuel to the injection system.
