Job DescriptionThe user experience specialist will across domains and technologies to create cutting edge user experiences for our clients and products. Conceptualize solutions for enterprise grade content management systems for use within
and outside of enterprises Ecommerce website solutions encompassing the web 2.0/3.0 paradigms Conceptualize and implement solutions for mobile platforms, mostly iPhone and Android Quickly create comps and proof of concepts for clients Work with the technology/delivery team to implement the concepts Work with the presales team to generate appropriate PoCs/content/micro sites Handle multiple projects by prioritizing delivery schedules Communicate directly with USA based clients and act as a consultant to them for their
needs.
Desired Candidate Profile Must have extensive experience in online user behavior and website/mobile application
design strategy to successfully improve online revenues and audience engagement. Must demonstrate experience and/or knack of building mobile user experiences with
emphasis on the iPhone Extensive experience in conceptualization and creative design of ecommerce as well as high
content sites. Must bring expert skills to the table on what kind of design, navigation and user interface makes a successful ecommerce site as well as a successful content site
Should have extensive creative design skills with appropriate toolset (Adobe, Corel, Flash, etc.) to create concepts/comps
In-depth understanding of eCommerce, web 2.0 and web 3.0 paradigms and design patterns

Mobile application designing would be a plus. Excellent communication skills to convey creative concepts. 4+ years of extensive experience in the creative design and user behavior industry. Knack for high-end creativity with a practical business approach.
