About Informasoft

Informasoft is a TÜBİTAK (Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey)funded HR Management Software Platform with features such as CV sorting and social networking, while utilizing OCR techologies and smart encryption 714091.

The main purpose of this project is to deliver solutions to global companies,specifically those operating inTurkey that experience problems due to the incompatibility of their HR structures with local systems and regulations. This is the first cloud based HR solution in Turkey to be developed in its field.

Security

Security Precautions

Roles and predefined action authorizations within the system enable the highest level of control. An unauthorized user will only be able to access relevant actions. Functions such as displaying, editing, deleting, and other special functions in tables relating to areas such as employee records, new hires, wage details, addresses, etc... are defined as separate actions which can be segregated.

The actions, which include a wide range of authority, have been reduced to include several limited authorizations. For example, instead of using ‘Display Personnel Records’, we developed more restrictive actions such as ‘Edit my own personnel record’, ‘Display the personnel records of my department’, ‘Display the personnel records of direct management’ or ‘Display wage details’. By controlling the actions within each role, we are able to add another dimension of contro.

Informasoft utilizes URL encryption which when faced with flawed/incomplete authorizations, is not a risk of unauthorized access since the URL cannot be manipulated. The only accessible information is that which is contained in the forms accessed through the menus. A similar mechanism is used for Ajax calls, the ID’s in the URL’s are encrypted and the forms are serialized, and post requests are sent with hashed ID values.

Informa ETS is a system in which users can record and send their expenses. Users can generate expense lists with all the necessary information to be

shared with their finance/accounting departments. The system has been designed to include the country specific items

needed for local accounting and finance purposes. The integrated approval process features a reminder fucntion for the

authorized person. Administrators can export reports from the system for accounting and

tracking purposes.
