WUT Base of Knowledge

The WUT Base of Knowledge disseminates research outputs of the University
staff. The main objective is to presents the research outputs of the WUT staff
to the wider academic and scientific community both in Poland and abroad by
depositing publications, reports, doctoral dissertations, as well as information
on the current research

The Resolution concerns the creation of a central system of
registration and archiving of the WUT scientific output for the WUT
organizational units and for the WUT Repository
2014
Rector of the WUT Decree No. 3/2014 of January 29, 2014
(text in Polish)
This regulation defines the policy for creating the system
of depositing and archiving the scientific output and the Repository.
The WUT Base of Knowledge stores the publications written by the
WUT researchers after January 1, 2013
Organizational assumptions
Faculty of Electronics
is responsible for the technical design and implementation of the ITsystem to manage the WUT Base of Knowledge
The WUT IT Center
is responsible for maintaining the continuity of activities ofthe Knowledge Base on the hardware and the system platform
The WUT Main Library
training for faculty’s editors, creating lists of the editors andother people responsible for data edition
the current accuracy control of data
update of common data (subject authority classification)- the WUT structure, journal titles
inference in terms of the Database and its development needs
issuing permissions to edit the data in the Baseand supervises substantive and functional correctness
