The CRS shoring beam system is suitable for securing all kinds of stable packaging units.

It combines maximum safety with ultimate ease of use and speed.

Produced from stable aluminium profiles, the shoring beams are guided along the vehicle roof in tracks and can be stowed under the roof to save space when loading and unloading the vehicle.

The high loading capacity guarantees safety even with large loading weights.

2 Easy loading and unloading by stowing the beams under the roof.

Description

The system consists of several vertical beams, which are linked together horizontally by shoring poles. Steel or aluminium perforated tracks are used to anchor them in the roof and floor.

} Shoring poles and shoring beamsSecuring the load horizontally

Shoring poles are available in 3 versions:

◾ permanently mounted to the beam◾ removable◾ particularly robust with KAT AJS cross-beams◾ the optional anti-slip band makes handling easier, particularly in refrigerated vans

If poles are not being used, they can be conveniently stowed away, but are always at hand.

} Straps For securing the load laterally

If there are an uneven number of pallets, they can be secured by attaching lashing straps between the central shoring beams.
