TV Sales Partners (TVSP) Onboarding Process

Registration

All TVSPs will be required to register with SuperTV’s Content Distribution Marketplace portal. SuperTV’s CDM registration process will ensure that each TVSP will have a unique username and password for the purpose of channel performance monitoring. This will provide TVSPs with real-time insight into the cumulative number of views plus total duration of daily, weekly and monthly watch time as well as back end data of general channel viewership behaviour, trends and analytics.

Step 2:

Technical Details

TVSPs will provide mode of signal injection into SuperTV Head-End server via satellite, fiber, dedicated enterprise DVD player or internet.

Step 3:

EPG

Live TV provider partner will Electronics Programme Guide (EPG) to SuperTV Content Cloud. Three-month Programme guide is the minimum.

Step 4:

Contractual Agreement

SuperTV content team will ensure that all contractual agreements detailing the agreed terms are fully executed before final onboarding and publishing of the Live TV channel and accessibility of accessibility by consumers.

Step 5:

Quality Control

SuperTV will conduct a data vetting on the uploaded EPG for specified requirement before commissioning live TV channel for final viewing.

Step 6:

Security

SuperTV provide full Digital Right Management (DRM) for all TVSP to avoid content the� and unauthorized access.
