DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION
The DepEd sees the importance of Information Management in DRRM
• Participation in the Evacuation Center COD of IM-TWG
• Workshop with the Education Cluster on Information Management (July)
• Possible collaboration with ERIC on improvement of RADaR
• Revision and improvement of information management protocol (DO 21 s. 2015) based on actual comments and reviews from region and division DRR coordinators
• Creation of protocol for conflict and other rapid-onset hazards
• Design, development and deployment of a DepEdDRRM information system that is connected to the other relevant DepEd information systems as part of the Department's Information Systems Plan
