Results of consumption measurements on a one wheeled vehicle with and without the BE-

FuelSaver

Under contract of :

Ing. Herbert Renner

Fa. New Generation BIO

1 General

The technical scope of this report is the product BE-FuelSaver of the company New Generation BIO. It

is a pretreated piece of metal that according to the manufacturer has to be deposited in the fuel tank.

The pretreatment should cause this object to act as a carrier of frequency. By putting the metal piece

in contact with the fuel, the fuel is being split into lower molecular ionised gas chains - according to

Mr. Renner (of aforementioned company). Because of this transformation a more complete

combustion and thus consumption reduction shall be possible.

2 Order

The task given by the company New Generation BIO was to do track tests to be performed under

most identical conditions and to document any differences in fuel consumption.

3.1.3 Test runs

The tank volume of the test vehicle is 10 liters. The test track can be run back and forth 8 times with a

full tank and without the use of the BE-FuelSaver.

To get an indication of the variation in the consumption the test track was run 64 times in both

directions without the BE-FuelSaver.

Then the BE-FuelSaver was installed in the tank. The test track was then run 56 times with the BE-

FuelSaver (back and forth).

Thereby the consumptions contained in the chart below were determined.

The blue bars (without BE-FuelSaver) indicate an average consumption of 3.63 litres/100km. The

minimum / maximum consumption was measured with 3.605 / 3.657 litres/100km.

The course of the red bars shows the change in consumption of the test vehicle due to the use of the

BE-FuelSaver. It can be seen that by using the identical procedure, a reduction in consumption of 3.59

litres/100km (tank 1) to 3.237 litres/100km (tank 6) was achieved. From the 7th tank filling the

consumption of 3.24 litres/100km was no longer decreasing (stable consumption with 0.003 L/100

km variance compared to the 6th tank filling).

4 Summary

In the time frame from 06.09.2011 until 21.12.2011, the test circuit shown in 3.1.3 was run a total of

120 times using the test vehicle as described in 3.1.3 with the specified speeds.

Without the BE-FuelSaver an average consumption of 3.63 litres/100km has been measured after 64

test drives.

With the BE-FuelSaver a consumption of 3.24 litres/100km was measured.

The reduction in fuel consumption using the BE-FuelSaver is -10.7%
