General assembly

Board of Directors

• A board of directors is a body of elected or appointed members who jointly oversee the activities of a company or organization. Other names include board of governors, board of managers, board of regents, board of trustees, and board of visitors. It is often simply referred to as "the board".

General manager

• A general manager usually oversees a firm's marketing and sales functions as well as the day-to-day business operations.

Administrative Management

• Administrative management refers to how a business organises and the practices a successful manager should follow. It also refers to the way institutions and order is used as opposed to personal qualities to accomplish tasks.
