1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2.2. In a small baking dish sr together pecans, breadcrumbs, rosemary, sugar, and cayenne pepper. Add the olive oil and toss to coat. Bake 8-10 minutes, or unl mixture is golden brown. Set pecan mixture aside.

3.3. Increase the heat to 400 degrees. Coat a large glass baking dish with cooking spray.

4. 4. In a shallow dish large enough to dip the fish fillets, whisk the egg white. Dip each side of the fillets in egg white, then dip both sides in the pecan mixture. Place the fillets flat in the prepared baking dish and press any remaining pecan mixturemaining pecan mixture onto the fillets.

5. Bake unl the lapia is cooked through, about 10 mintues. Serve with your favorite side dish!
