INJAZ Start-Up offers a hands-on structured and supportive approach to nurturing the entrepreneurial skills and creative mindsets of youth, and in doing so, contributes to the economic development. The program helps launch innovative entrepreneurial team ventures. It offers successful teams of 4-6 members a combination of seed funding, 20 hours of professional mentoring and incubation over a six-month period. Participation involves a rigorous selection process to ensure readiness and suitability, and upon completion, participants will be well on their way to registering a viable enterprise to grow!

Ja Company Program empowers students with basic economic, entrepreneurial, and business education by allowing them to organize and operate a real business. students learn business functions via volunteer consultants from the local business community who employ a variety of hands-on activities and technological supplements to encourage students to think with innovation and creativity.

JA Be Entrepreneurial familiarizes high school students with the basic, foundational tools required to start and maintain a successful start-up business venture. often times, making an idea on paper come to life is the most challenging part of the entrepreneurial process. This program helps bridge the gap between ideas and actions by providing students with real-world knowledge and practical skills that will maximize the potential of start-up and budding enterprises.

INJAZ Head Start meets the needs of a diverse group of students by providing engaging, academically enriching, and experiential learning sessions in work-readiness education and career perspectives. It teaches students the importance of internships, their rights as interns and other internship related matters, as well as the resume-writing skills they need to both get and conduct a successful interview.

Ripples of Happiness is an educational program with a primary emphasis on social responsibility, entrepreneurial skills, financial literacy, and workplace readiness. Students design community service projects that will make their communities a better place and spread ‘Ripples of Happiness’ throughout the neighborhoods they live in. students explore career interests and opportunities, and learn work readiness skills like project planning, time management, team work, budgeting, reporting, communication skills and leadership skills among many others. During visits to classrooms, volunteers serve as facilitators of knowledge. Through a variety of experiential activities, the program helps students better understand the relationship between what they learn in university and their successful participation in their own communities.

JA Business Ethics fosters conscience, ethical decision making for students entering the global marketplace. Hands-on activities are designed to introduce students to ethics by prioritizing, recognizing, and evaluating their own decision making progress while simultaneously bringing attention to the enormous impact enterprises have on the surrounding community. In this day and age, many businesses have a far too extensive reach to be acting unethically, so JA Business Ethics is a program being enacted now that will have a positive influence on the next generation.

JA Job Shadow is a unique opportunity for students to visit a professional work environment and interact firsthand with successful entrepreneurs, employees, and other members of the business community. This allows students to acquire and develop important skills pertaining to the workforce, such as recognizing potential job positions, understanding the importance of researching the requirements needed to earn a position, and developing job-hunting tools like networking, resume-building, and interviewing skills.

JA Personal Finance focuses on giving students applicable personal financial knowledge about earning money and spending it wisely. Through concepts such as budgeting, saving & investing, and the role of credit to businesses and consumers, the program aims to get students to recognize and apply the fundamental elements of smart personal finance. The program also provides a mock personal financial plan that allows students to set specific goals for their lifelong financial needs and their desired quality of life.

INJAZ Stocks in Action has been set up to explain in an easy way to youth how both stock exchanges and financial markets function. Want to get rich? Students become familiarized with the different investment opportunities, the stock exchange, stakeholders, and the impact of the economic crisis on stock exchanges—all of which allow students to invest in a responsible and informed manner while making money. Part of the class involves students having virtual portfolios and there is a competition to see who has the best one at the end of the course.

INJAZ Enterprise in Action introduces students to the modern integral concepts of private sector enterprises—including their role in society as producers and and the social responsibility they carry—as well as the niche the public sector has in society. INJAZ Personal Economics is tailored to give students a hands-on, practical introduction to personal finance, credit and debt, savings and investments, and budgeting via volunteers from the world of business who lead and enrich the program with their own experiences and knowledge. The program encourages students to appreciate their current and future roles in both society and the economy as consumers, employees, employers, tax payers, investors and borrowers.

JA Our City introduces students to characteristics of cities and in particular how people and businesses within cities make money. The program emphasizes basics of financial literacy and money management by affording students an opportunity to explore zoning found within a city, learn about the importance of money, taxes, and public goods and services to a city, and probe how financial institutions, entrepreneurs, and media outlets contribute to the well-being of a city.
