Budgeting Support In order to consider the protection and enhancement of technology in R&D projects application, INOVISA assists budgets preparation, ensuring that these issues are included as costs incurred by donors.

Protocols/R&D agreements preparation Support INOVISA supports protocols/R&D agreements preparation in consortium with companies or other organizations, ensuring that certain important issues are previously defined and agreed. For example: Who owns the results? Which form of exploration results should be used and what are the rights and obligations of the parties involved in this regard?

Strategy Support The decison of how to value a technology depends on several factors and must always be considered from the commercial and institutional points of view. INOVISA guides researchers in deciding the best strategy to enhance their technology.

Potential markets/customers search Technology valorization is viable only if there are potential customers interested in its development. INOVISA assists in the potential markets search, in order to find the ideal partner to commercialize each technology.
