At this retreat, those suffering from PTSD and those seeking to help others with PTSD, will be taught a Godly, Biblical way of dealing with the symptoms of this terrible disease. All students who complete the twelve hours of training will re-ceive a Level 1, Wounded Spirits Certificate from the Wounded Spirits Institute.
The Textbooks used during this retreat are by the conference speaker, Doug Carracher, Th. D., in the “Wounded Spirits” series, books one and two.

Dr. Carragher is a retired Army Sergeant Major who served for 26 years. He is known throughout the Christian community as an expert with Biblical solutions for PTSD. His earned education includes a BA in Biblical Studies, a MA in Biblical Counseling, a MA in Theology and a Th.D. (doctorate) in Theology. He has taught with three police forces, on 40 bases and in five Bible colleges. More than 40 Wounded Spirits studies meet at local churches throughout the world.

Paul Phelps II is a retired war veteran and counselor. Director of M.A.S.H (Mobile Assistance for Service men and women at Home) His earned education includes MBA with a specialization in management, and an MA in Biblical Counseling. Paul is a member of and is certified in suicide prevention by the American Association of Christian Counselors. He is an active member along with his wife and family of his local church in Indianapolis, Indiana.
