Is there any abnormal working at SSEC or monitor?(e.g : R/G/B gains are over 192 after auto calibration or SSEC is hang-up or terminated abnormally and so on)
Check “Create Gamma Table” and calibrate again. If the result is same, please calibrate manually.
Note) If you set color temperature as over 11000, “Create Gamma Table” should be checked for stable working
Is the white color different betweenvideo wall screens?
Two more screens may have individual color and brightness uniformity, this lack of uniformity could make them to look different. So proceed the manual calibration to adjust white balance more correctly
Did you use Duplication function? There could be problem when you use Duplication Function because of the uniformity of panel. If you used Duplication function to reduce processing time, we’d like to recommend doing calibration without “Create Gamma Table”.
Problem Resolution
Auto calibration is failed
Is the F/W the latest version? Update both SOC(Flash) and Micom to the latest version
Is there fail iconor the result is NG
Check “Create Gamma Table” and calibrate again,if you disable “Create Gamma Table”.
Problem Resolution
There is color mismatching after calibration

- RGB(15pin-Sub) / DVI cable (maximum: 3m)
> If signal is stable and there is no loss, generally 12 products can be connected.
(In terms of recommended resolution) Distributor needs to be used to connect more than 12 products.
> For Tile Mode with DVI, only set that initial signal is entered will be shown normally for content that HDCP is applied.

If input signal is DVI/HDMI (HDMI/DP), multiple number of monitors cannot be connected with DP (DVI) terminal. When connecting to signage with RS-232C cable, check if RS-232C cable is those used by LG Electronics.
- Check baud rate of control system and signage.
52
1) For control system - Baud Rate : 9600 - Date Length : 8 bit - Parity Bit : None - Stop Bit : 1bit
