Inspect yourdoor and track for possible

damages that may have occurred duringshipment.

Should any of the doorpanels become separated from one another,it is easy to snap them back together:With two (2) panels �at against each other,align panels. Starting at top, and workingdown, snap the curl of one panel into theknuckle of the other.

If your door is a�xed-jamb type you will �nd an end post atone end only. The jamb post at the oppositeend has been shipped loose. Slide the jambpost onto the half panel before installing thedoor.

Clean out inside of track. Slide track ontowheels (

) and liftdoor and track together into opening. Stackdoor at one end and begin inserting screwsat other.

Starting at center of track, draw a plumbline down the jamb. Drill a 1/8“ hole on thisline 4” below track, another 4” above �oorlevel and 3 more holes equally spacedbetween these.

Screw U-shape jamb clips to the jamb (�atside of clip against jamb) using No.10 x1¼“ pan head screws. With �rm �ngerpressure, snap jamb post tightly ontothese jamb clips.

Starting at center of track, draw a plumbline down the jamb. Drill a 1/8“ hole on thisline 4” below track, another 4” above �oorlevel, another hole at latch height, a fourthhole midway between bottom hole andhole at latch height and a �fth hole midwaybetween top hole and hole at latch height.

Use at least 5 jamb clips for 6’-8“ highdoor.

Secure jamb clips with No.10 X 1¼“ panhead screws and snap jamb mould ontoclips as described in .S TEP 3B

Measure opening width and divide by (2).Cut each track section 1/8“ (3mm) shorterthan measurement. This leaves room forscrew ” ” when track is installed.

If your has the system(optional), the door may be quicklyremoved from and replaced in theopening.

If you are using the system,insert screws through large (3/8“) holesand seat tightly against factory-installedtrack clips.

If system is not used - or if yourdoor is furnished with decorative track,then use small (1/4”) holes to attach trackdirectly to header.

To remove your door:

Using a ¼“ �at screwdriver, turn thea quarter turn.

Push track slightly to the side todisengage.

Remove track and door together.

To reinstall door, reverse the procedure.

Your door may be cleaned withwarm water and mild soap. Spongesurface and wipe dry with soft, cleancloth. Avoid harsh or abrasive chemicalsas these may scratch the �ne surface ofyour door.
