spiritual stage of ‘Layavastha’ of high order, in Reality. In the process, ego sense of one-self, being as body-mind feeling gets liquidated. In spirituality, devotion is the binding-rope to the devoted object i.e. the ultimate Reality, whether conceived as the living embodiment of Guru, or abstract inconceivable entity Parabrahman. There is a story in epic “Maha Bharath” to amplify the devotion to Guru, as the binding-force of living dimension of reality. It is said that Bhagavan Sri Krishna the incarnation of God, once visited his devotee Sri. Vidura’s home. The spouse of Vidura in her great love and devotion to Lord started feeding, staring at Lord, the skin of the peeled banana fruit, throwing away the pulp of the fruits. Lord with smiling face went on unmindfully eating the skin of the fruit; both, the devotee and the devoted were lost in ecstatic, spiritual in oneness. It was only when Sri. Vidura pointed out to his wife about sacrilege of the hospitality meted, to the visiting dignitary that she realized her mistake by repenting the act of negligence of hospitality to the visiting guest. But, Lord Sri Krishna with great mystic-benevolent gaze of smile, remarked that the peeled skin of the fruits fed by the devotee, was really so delicious than the pulp of the fruit. Persistent devotion to the divine cause matures into divine knowledge which is stored as “Vignana maya kosha”. This leads to divine wisdom and divine understanding. When divine knowledge and divine wisdom is transcended, it unfolds into divine bliss stored as “Ananda Maya Kosha” the Bliss layer. When this happens, the yogi merges in Soul, Atman, and his Real Source. This is Turiya State of consciousness. Divine wisdom automatically gets reflected in the words and actions of such a yogi. Balanced state of equanimity (Samyavastha) develops when the notion of dualities in mind-psych (Dwanda Prakruti) is transcended. In such state of yoga, reaction tendency, in personal inter action situation ceases. Actions become automatic generating more of light than heat. There is no pre-planning, and no repentance on omissions and commissions, the unmotivated dynamic life existence. Pious, noble actions are the one that gives benefit to as many people as possible. The subtlety and expansion of the mind psych is

Page 3: INSTITUTE OF UNIVERSAL SELF CONSCIOUSNESS MOVEMENT News Bulletin - 201201 - Web.pdf · and deaths” (Ref: Mahopanishad, 5-101) “ Yatha Vivikta Mekant Mano Bhavati Nirvrutam Na

directly proportional to the extent of works utility of benefit (Punya Karmana) to the number of people it accrues. Such actions help in removing the dualities of mind-psych that produce delusion (Moha) of one self identified as body-mind, the ego perception. The inherent nature of a spiritual Master must be service oriented to the seekers of Reality. He should have the capacity to foment and activate the dormant spiritual tendencies of the seekers. There is a school of thought among the Master spiritual trainers, that only such aspirants who are sufficiently advanced in the ‘Basics of spiritual awareness” are to be admitted under their guidance; and novices are avoided by directing to gurus of lesser status of spiritual standard. It is some thing like advanced coaching institutes of mundane social management. The writer feels this kind of conceptual approach adopted by Master Gurus in spiritual training field as un-ethical and disservice to the cause of propagation of divine. As Bhagavan Krishna Himself has in the following verse has declared His command to extend the Divine Message to all Man-kind without any imposing conditions for divine eligibility.

Meaning: He who, offering the highest devotion to me, preaches the most profound gospel of Gita among My devotees shall come to Me alone; there is no doubt about it. (Ref: Gita ch18,Sl. 68)

Of course, it is implied that the aspirant of spiritual realization must make himself fit to receive the exalted divine message from the sadguru who is established in Reality, the Para Brahman, or else it would be a wasting of precious, divine -energy transmission.

“Those who are deserving, for them I repeat my pet sentence: that the real cry of throbbing heart of a true seeker brings the Master to his door step” ( Babuji Maharaj Message at Hyderabad). The same view is echoed in the following verses by the ancient Rushis:

Page 4: INSTITUTE OF UNIVERSAL SELF CONSCIOUSNESS MOVEMENT News Bulletin - 201201 - Web.pdf · and deaths” (Ref: Mahopanishad, 5-101) “ Yatha Vivikta Mekant Mano Bhavati Nirvrutam Na

“Naya Matma Pravachanena Labhyo Na Medhya Na Bahona Shrutena Yame Vaishya Vrunnute Tena Labhya Stha - saisha Atma Vi Vrunnu Tae Tanoom Swam” Meaning: “This Atman cannot be attained by the study of Vedas, nor by intellect, nor even by much learning; by him it is attained whom It ( God ) Chooses, this, his ( own ) Atman, reveals its own ( real ) form. (Ref: Kathopanishad Chapt.2-Sl.13). Thus, those who sincerely crave for realization, despite of their personal short comings, God will take mercy, and sees, that a suitable Guru comes to his rescue, at appropriate time and salvage him. An Astral Transmission Through Prof. Satyanarayana Chillapa President IUSCM, HQ. Hyderabad-59, India

Silence the Mode of Expression

Of Para Brahman Lord Shiva, according to ancient oriental Indian

mythological conception, is the eternal Guru of yoga meditation. He is visualized sitting, cross-legged, semi closed eyes, folded hands on the lap with “Chimaya yoga-mudra” that symbolizes surrender and merging of ego in Para-Brahman, and attainment of “Sunyatha”, Zero, “Pari-Purnatha” the manifested Absolute Wholeness on the Base (Adhar) of Existence-Consciousness-Bliss, (Sat-Chit-Ananda). It is said that the Seven ancient Seers (SaptaRshis) approached Lord Siva seated south – facing ( Dakshina Moorthy), at Himalaya mountains of north India, praying to be instructed in Brahma Vidya, the Knowledge of Absolute Reality! Lord the eternal Yogi of knowledge of Meditation, appeared before the Seers as a young child with smiling face of a lotus, instructed them just by merely showing “Chin-Maya-Mudra” and disappeared. It is strange and surprising

that the Seers were cleared off all the doubts they had about The Reality and went away satisfied. The same historical epic incident was described by a Great Mystic Acharya - world-Teacher of 6th. Century of Adwaitic- System of Indian Philosophy of South India Bhagavan Sri Adi Sankara Graphically described in his famous hymn called as “Dakshinamoorthy Stavam” in the starting stanza one, given as under: “ Visvam Darpana Drisya Maana Nagare Tulyam Nijantara Gatam Pasyann Aatmani Maya Ya Bahiriv Odbhotam Yatha Nidraya Yah Sakshat Kurute Prabodha Samaye Svatmana meva Advayam Tasmai Sree Guru Moorta Ye Nama Idam Sree Dakshina Moortaye”

Meaning: “At the time of

SELF Realization one experiences, the objective universe of “Names and Forms” with in himself the Atman, as though out side, like seen in a dream, is only the play due to illusionary effect of Maya ( mind ) just like a city seen in a mirror. (Ref: “Hymn to Sri Dakshina Moorthy” Sl.1–By Sri Adi Sankaracharya—Pub. Chinmaya Mission Trust Bombay-22, India)

Entire created universe is the manifested form of Para

Brahman. Universe in a way is like a mirror and creation is the image of God, Ishwara. The reflection of God in created beings is an evolutionary process on the continuum of Time - Space -Causation on Soul’s, Atman’s manifested Base of Existence –Consciousness - Bliss. Mind is instrumental in the process. Soul’s (Atman’s) image on the mind is designated as ego, the consciousness, particularized and parochial entity of individual person called “Jeeva”. Thus, oriental Indian philosophy, Vedanta, deals with and explains the relationship between God, Ishwara, universe Jagath, and individual soul, Jeeva. Ego, mind, senses, constitute, the instrumental setup through which Soul expresses out side in terms of respective functions of senses, such as sight,

touch, smell, taste, and sound. Mind is but, consciousness in motion, and fluxes the change. The thought vibrations in the mind are generated and set in to motion, because of action-reaction micro impressions, called “Sanskaras”. These sanskaras are of duality nature (dwanda prakruti) generated by positive and negative current flow consequent to good / virtuous and bad / evil deeds of the person. Good and noble virtuous deeds generate positive currents of pleasant, happy, smooth, light, sensations in the mind psych; where as bad, evil, ignoble, deeds generate negative currents of friction, frustration anger, heavy displeasing, and sensation feelings in the mind psych. In this type, the individual gets, objectively, more increasingly extrovert by oral communication and interaction as against the calm, pious, peaceful, noble one who is more increasingly, soul conscious introvert. In such a one there is least disturbance of production, and pressure of thought waves in the mind consciousness. He enjoys peace, and serenity of calmness, characterized by mental silence. Vedic scriptures indicate such mind-conscience as “Immortal” “Yathu Chenchalata Hinum Tan Manoo Amruta Uchyate Tad - Evacha Tapaha Shastra Sidhante Moksha-Uchatae”

Meaning: “The mind where in all thought disturbance

dissolved, That state is Immortal. That is the result of highest penance. Shastras (Scriptures) proclaim it as Moksha i.e. release from the Painful transmigration cycle of repeated births and deaths” (Ref: Mahopanishad, 5-101)

Meaning: “The joy that fills a mind which is thoughtless and undisturbed, such a perfect joy is not found in the pleasing moon, nor in the palace of Creator, nor of the King of gods, Indra himself” (Yoga-Vasishta). The Yogi who attained and established in Para Brahman, commands Mano-Mauna the Mental Silence as a state of Samadhi, which becomes a natural way of life, the Sahaja Samadhi even though he is engaged actively in day to day life.

There are two types of Mauna, the Silence, Viz. Kashta Mauna, that is (1) Physical Silence (2) Mano Mauna the Mental Silence. One may mentally have active thoughts, yet physically may not speak, this is Kashta Mauna. And, evidently of inferior type, because he suffers mentally the torture of thought pressure, but may not express. The second variety, mental silence, is highly superior type, and of disciplined yoga state. Para Brahman cannot be expressed; it is beyond the reach of mental realm. It is transcendental spiritual condition. It happens when duality nature of Mind-psych is transcended. Mind gets sublimates and sub mutates, into transcendental, Universal, Cosmic, and Divine states by stages as the yogi progresses in his efforts in spiritual attainment of Para Brahman. All aspirants of spiritual attainment must internalize this divine condition of Mano Mauna, the Mental Silence, which is the very mode of expression of Ultimate Reality. This, divine condition, is the expressive mode of “Turiya” un-manifested Silent form of Pranava, the OM. It is not that difficult. All can attain with sincere effort and perseverance can succeed in making it as his nature. Of course, yoga meditation immensely helps in internalizing this divine attribute. Swamiji

It’s commonly believed that the ultimate goal of spiritual evolution - Reality or Illumination - is reserved for the select few. And so for most the practice of mediation is perceived merely as a way of coping with the trials and tribulations of life.

It’s true that a peaceful existence will develop over time with meditation, but the notion that we can’t reach advanced spiritual evolution while performing daily mundane tasks is false. Even when told that’s possible, many believe it’s out of their reach. But Ultimate Reality is not reserved for the select few; it is the birthright of every soul that incarnates on earth.

Right now there are countless souls ready for the next step to the ultimate. Hence Audi guru Lalaji Maharaj and Sri Babuji Maharaj were brought to create a natural approach to realization for us all. This calling from nature arose so that God’s children could realize themselves as ‘soul’, and free themselves from the shackles of the body, mind, intellect perception of self. Our divine masters Sri Lalaji and Sri Babuji Maharaj prescribe a simple but profound method for realizing ‘Reality’. Reality is described by Babuji is the simplest of things. So simple that at times it’s not taken seriously in the spiritual field. But it has been proved time and time again to bring about fast results when the abhyasi (aspirant) practices regularly at home and attends regular Satsangs. No-one is expected to meditate several hours a day to speed up the journey toward Illumination. It’s important to experience everyday life as a householder as penance for your spiritual journey. All that is needed is to add meditation to your daily activities just like the regular cleaning of your teeth. Think of meditation as the cleaning of your mind, allowing you to shine as your true self.

That’s why Sahajamarga Raja Yoga was created – so that all of us may attain ‘Reality’. The once exclusive realm of realization is now within reach of every person and therefore all humanity. Asish Menon From: Robert Becker 10 December 2011 (Perth, Australia)

Thank you Master for this opportunity to be of some small service.

I will transcribe the videos with great joy over the next period and forward to you via email. It is truly like having your Darshan. My grateful thanks. Sadhana is progressing with regular daily practice and the Tuesday evening meditation group to report:

Meditation is deep, the silence comes without struggle and the light and peace is felt. Manifesting in daily life and workplace is a sense of the great importance over all else of being loving in service. Position, power, money all are transitory and illusion. Sharing love is real. I left my work place of two years yesterday and will transfer next year to a post closer to the centre, which will save three hours of travel every day. The staff gave a loving send off which was affirming. We talked about the importance of spirituality in all walks of life. Of bringing love into our interactions. One slight ailment - I have developed a ringing in the ears which can be distracting. I have some Auryavedic medication which is being taken. Otherwise all is well. My pranaams to you and Ashram Mata At the feet of the Holy Ones Thine Own Self Robert From: Swamiji, 8 December, 2011 Dear Sri Robert Becker Ashirwad The Spiritual News Bulletin December-2011 is attachedyou’re your perusal. Love Bronwyn Grieves From: Swamiji, 10 Dec 2011 Dear Sister Tilly Parta Ashirwad

• The contents of your meditation diary indicate various features clouding the progress on the path of spiritual realization.

• What is needed is clear conception of the goal of the act of meditation one undertakes; it should not be fussy and haze.

• Primarily and basically you’re Soul the Atman, and not the ego, the image sensation of Atman reflected in the mind-psych.

FROM: Tilly Parta, 7 December 2011 Dear Swamiji, How are you today. Sending you lots of love and light with shining stars that dance in the sunlight. I was wondering if you could please explain this meditation I had or provide some insight for me. Here it is: 1) Date and Time: Tues 9th August 2011 Hour and duration of Meditation Morning: Night: Experiences and condition at the time of Meditation

Morning: I had deep meditation this morning listening to the fire and the birds. It was very relaxing. At one point I started to focus on the heart space and brought it into consciousness. I allowed myself to explore forgiveness allowing forgiveness for my being.

Night: Today I had a really amazing meditation. First I had a very strong sensation of Samskaras washing away. I then focussed on trying to heal the pain in my neck. I just started to cry and cry and the cry became a wailing type of cry almost like a wailing from humanity type of feeling. After that came incredible anger and I verbally expressed the anger with many types of

Page 14: INSTITUTE OF UNIVERSAL SELF CONSCIOUSNESS MOVEMENT News Bulletin - 201201 - Web.pdf · and deaths” (Ref: Mahopanishad, 5-101) “ Yatha Vivikta Mekant Mano Bhavati Nirvrutam Na

screams. I think it was at this point but not 100% sure that I felt and heard a devil like voice came out. It was making strange noises. Then I felt like I was vomiting a purging (but not really vomiting). I then found myself choking like a dying type of choking. I had a sense to lower my head in complete surrender. At this point I felt a feather like soft wind brush on my cheek which felt like divine presence. I was acutely aware of the wind outside the house that was roaring and that also felt like divine presence. After this I was told to lift my head and receive the elixir of life. I put the elixir on my face and swallowed some. It was like a death and then a rebirth. At this point I opened my mouth and felt completely peaceful. I was singing silently. It was exactly the same as one of my clay work pieces I had undertaken in my art therapy course. It was like I embodied that image or symbol. This art piece represented the inner divine; emergence of integration of form and spirit to the world. And then I had this really strong radiance from my heart and that energy moved into my throat. At first I thought this sensation was the feeling of clothes around my throat but I did not have any clothes around my throat. I put my hands to my throat to check this. Then I had a very strong sensation in my third eye like it was opening up. And then all this energy came out of the top of my head. After this I bowed my head and just in a deep peace. I was watching my thinking which was trying to get me out of the deep peace. I was slightly worried about the fire. I surrendered to the deep peace. I lowered my head and I could feel all the muscles in my neck and this peace. I felt like I could be there for hours, but there was some ego stuff holding my consciousness in time and space. At this time I heard something around the house and thought it was someone and for a moment I was a little worried because I was in a very remote place on my own. There was fear and incredible peace together and then I just witnessed this until the worry passed. In the end I came out of the meditation looking at everything in wonderment. After awhile I forced myself to attend the fire. After this I felt very tired and I lay down where I was for some time. On reflection I couldn’t let go of time and space;

Meditation / Spiritual Diaries Dated 30thJuly, 2004 Dear Dr.G.K. Sangle Sahab Ashirwad. Letter 20th is received. My letters of 13th & 19th would have been received at your end.

• It is time that I am consistently thinking, and ask about Satsangh. This is so, because of My Master’s directives.

• Individual sittings for meditation are of course very essential to progress and to achieve the Ultimate Goal.

• But, Sathsangh meditation has its own advantages. • It expedites the cleaning of Karmic Sanskaras that formed

relating to previous action – reaction situation, especially in group-meditation situation due to synergic effect. You are quite aware of group-psych and its laws of operation.

• Another reason is, after attaining particular spiritual level, if you, do not share that fruits with others who are “travelling the same path, an inexplicable hollow emptiness” will be experienced with restlessness and even dejection.

• For these reasons, Master insists on Satsangh. • However, we need not be disappointed if this could not

take-off immediately. It takes time.

• Swamiji requested Sri. M.G. Deshmukh, to take interest in collecting the abyhasis on Sunday’s for Satsangh.

I pray to Master for your sound health and active spiritual life. Ashirwad to all members in the family and in Sathsangh. Yours Swamiji

Quotable Quotes (References quoted are duly acknowledged)

(1) By Audi Guru Sri. Lalaji Maharaj: Experience has proved that there are different stages

between action and knowledge (Karma and gyan). Unless one passes through them, it is very difficult for one to experience gyan. Hence so many philosophies have been founded. The followers of each of different philosophies believed their philosophy to be the best and the perfect one, and hence did not feel any need to go further. The Upanishads pointed this out, but Buddhism gave it a practical shape. Shankaracharya stressed the importance of thinking. In the end many of the learned persons and seekers remained confined only to original teachings. Maya-vad, Marma-vad, Pramana-vad, Mitya-vad, Surat-vad etc. are its numerous branches. At last they were compelled to take refuge in utarochani khyati i.e. irrelevant statements for which no answer can be given. All this emphasis laid on these arguments, discussions came to an end.

MAHARAJ (Sri.Babuji Maharaj) “The chief purpose of diary is that an abhyasi may remain

attentive to his condition because he has to write about it. When an abhyasi remains attentive to it, his anubhava or experience develops because concentration is there. Concentration is divine instrument for revelation. People are of the opinion if there is no

concentration, meditation is useless. I can emphatically say that a man can never ‘get’ God by concentration, because in concentration you are one-pointed and you are not waiting for anything, while in meditation you wait for something and that is God. Waiting produces a sort of attraction automatically on account of continuous effort. It develops to such an extent that you call a soul to you. If the attraction comes to the zenith, the greatest soul cannot refuse to come. Man’s power is not known by man because Godliness is not there. There must be something opposite to it. Therefore we develop Divinity in us to such an extent that the whole system is divinized ultimately. That is, in short, the whole of the senses may return to their original state. In other words, the higher centres take charge of the lower centres and begin to work in them. Not only that, the Divine centres take charge of the higher centres. Now, geometrically, the lower centres are in the charge of the higher centres, and since the Divine centres are now in charge of the higher centres, the lower centres come in the charge of Divine centres. And thus Divinity begins to work with all details.”

(3) Letter from Saint Kasturiji “ANANTH YATRA”, Vol.4-

P. 17-18, Lakhimpur D/ 7-9-1955 Most Respected Sri Babuji, Sadar Pranam.

I came to know about your welfare through your letter to Master Saheb. I am now writing my present spiritual condition whatever it is by the grace of the Master.

Once I had written you earlier that all the particles of my body always remain inert and inactive although I remain moving and working. Though I move and shake my hands yet I do not feel it. But the condition now is peculiar, it can be called a forgetful condition. You may call it ( condition) active or inactive but I am the least affected. There is nothing to speak about my condition as it

Page 20: INSTITUTE OF UNIVERSAL SELF CONSCIOUSNESS MOVEMENT News Bulletin - 201201 - Web.pdf · and deaths” (Ref: Mahopanishad, 5-101) “ Yatha Vivikta Mekant Mano Bhavati Nirvrutam Na

remains unchanged; in other words it is as it was. Now I do not even know whether the condition is anything or not. You may call my condition as ‘ Ignorance’ but I will not even say so, because the condition now is such that it has lost all its colour. Neither it has become colourless like that of a saree the colour of which fades out and the saree almost becomes white. The only difference is that I had never whiteness nor I still have. What may I do now? Now the condition is such that I call it “it is as it was though it is not appropriate. I do not know why I have written “fading out of the colour” as I had never any such colour. Neither I have done anything nor will I ever do. You know better what I have become. My condition is such that though I do not want any thing, yet there is some such a craving in the heart that God knows what it wants. Although my heart lives with Master but still it wants to remain seeing ‘Him’. Only the Master knows about it. It (heart) never requests neither begs from me and even it does, I fail to listen to it. God knows the reason why I have no confidence in me. You always remain in front of my eyes. Have I perhaps not forgotten you? You may know this as well. I can not say any thing about it it. As the Master would like to live I would like to live and that would be the state of my living. There is nothing to speak of my ‘Saying’. Yours humble daughter Kasturi

Explanation: Activities in the outer world are expressions of inner ‘thought-flow’; and to such an individual, who has transcended the mind, no physical activities are possible. He is in the Self-living the blissful Infinite. He is unconscious of his body, nor his consciousness disturbed by the perception of the world of plurality. This is the state of Samadhi. Spontaneously to maintain this experience as a constant way of life is a rare privilege of the few, such a spiritual state is termed in Vedantic terminology as “Sahaja Samadhi” . In this state of Abidance in Self, to initiate a thought is the most painful fall. For example, from the stand point of a sweating labourer who is working in the mid-day sun, a doctor in his comfortable air-conditioned operation theatre is an idler. From the stand-point of the noisy politician, or a busy commercial agent or a restless social worker, a scientist or a philosopher may appear to be an idler!

The subtler the field of investigation, the more the intellect and the mind has to function in a single pointed concentration, and the body then seems to relax with no apparent activity outside. From the gross view-point of the thoughtless majority, all such physical relaxation are labelled as idleness.

Thus, viewed, a mystic meditate, at the seat of meditation experiencing the Infinite tranquillity and, the Transcendental State appears as the “master-idler”, just like a high-speed revolving fan appears as motionless-stand still, while the same in low speed appears moving. In the most intense activity, is an illusion of inaction.

In this sense, a man in samadhi would be considered in any society of vigorous material activity, as a “colossal idler” ( Alasya-Dhureenah) to whom even involuntary winking of his eye-lids, is an agony. But we will never understand that this genius of idleness abides in the “Absolute Aloneness” of the Self-Divine.

Meaning: “It is the Lord, again, who bestows on man the

fruit of his actions; for it is He who inspires all noble acts that are performed in accordance with the natural disposition of the doer. Even when the body gets dissolved as a result of its constituents in the form of the elements being disintegrated, the unborn Spirit dwelling in it does not, any more than the ether interpenetrating.”

Meaning: “Knowledge of truth, Lord, is the fire that burns

up all hopes and desires as if they are dried blades of grass. That is what is known by the word ‘samadhi’ not simply remaining silent.”

Explanation: All actions that are performed by one who is firmly established in that state of supreme peace in which no thoughts or notions arise in mind, and is known as Samadhi. Why only that mind established in equanimity, in which no thoughts, or notions arise is productive of joy, not the other? If one is a knower of the Truth, whether he be engaged in constant action or in contemplation his mind never looses the state of Samadhi. The enlightened ones are ever in Samadhi, even though they engage themselves in the affairs of the world. On the other hand, one whose mind is not at peace does not enjoy Samadhi merely sitting in ‘lotus-posture’.

That is known as the state of Samadhi in which there is eternal satisfaction, clear perception of what is egoless-ness, not being subject to the pairs of opposites, freedom from anxiety and

Consciousness, 2-in Cosmic Consciousness, 3-in God Consciousness. In Transcendental Consciousness, Silence is devoid of any activity. In Cosmic Consciousness, the silence of self-awareness, co-exists with activity. In God Consciousness, the Co-existence of activity and silence is transformed in to oneness of awareness of God. This Silence of God-Consciousness is the most highly developed state of Silence. It is all life on the almighty level of existence. It is the Omni present, Omni Potent, and Omni Silence of God head.

• The particularized soul consciousness is known as “Jeeva” the individualized personality. While it is expressing through body-mind, which is bio-system equipment, it identifies with the expressing medium, feeling intuitively the medium of expression as itself, comes to suffer pleasure and pain. Bio-system the medium of expression, from birth onwards, is ever in constant mutation; yet one feels himself as the same individual person. How this mind-psych phenomenon is possible? This is made possible because, he is basically, and intrinsically is atman, the soul, ever eternally the same at all times. And, makes the body-mind bio-system the medium of expression of the Soul, possible, without itself undergoing any change. Thus, Soul, Atman, the immutable, constant Base in us, makes possible, all changes in body-mind bio-system equipment, from birth to death, without itself getting attached to it, untainted by the changes in the medium of expression. Common man of

day-to-day life, suffers because ho feels himself as the medium of expression which is in ever-change. The mutating nature of the medium of expression gives the intuitive feeling of mortal with birth and death. Separating from the medium of expression, i.e. body-mind bio system is immortality the “Amrutatwa”. It is a yoga-achievement, and needs to be cultivated.

Hi Swamiji, David Musson commented on your link. David wrote: "Dear Swamiji, That is a wonderful

presentation and it is great to hear your words. I particularly like the analogy of the mirror of mind that is created for the purpose of witnessing God's own manifestation. "

• Subtle universe and subtle worlds are there. Just as beings

experienced in dreams are made of particular type of energy, so also there are beings in subtle astral worlds made of a particular kind of energy matter and are not therefore, visible to physical eye-sight. The beings of those subtle worlds can visit at will to this physical world and can be in contact with earthly humans. It requires particular type of training to contact and communicate such astral beings; there is a dormant instrumental mechanism in human mind-psych and can be opened by yoga meditation training. Those inhabitants of higher subtle worlds look like human beings but with shining, luminous, bodies. The modern civilization has forgotten that conceptual procedure to come in contact with beings of higher subtle worlds composed of nascent essence of physical elements, called as the ''Apanchikruta Srushti'' subtle creation of the universe which supports this gross physical universe, though ''Higgins-Boson'' particle is still a component of gross matter and gross universe. It is only the ''Mother-Source'' of gross matter and gross universe.

• There is a subtle universe (Sukshma vishvamu) behind the visible gross universe. This visible gross universe is composed of reconstituted elements (Panchikruta Mahabhutas). Where as the subtle universe is composed of the essence of the rudimentary elements of Space, air, Water, Fire, and Earth. This subtle universe is not visible to naked eye, but can be inferred. Some creational phenomenon are objectively visible, to naked eye (Prathyaksha Pramana); some are to be known by inference (Anumana Pramana); and others only are to be known by initial faith to start with ( Aptha Vada). All Proofs need not be of the same method of category. What is the proof of existence of the subtle universe? And, subtle creational beings inhabiting the subtle worlds? It is simple and of commonsense. Everybody, has two phases of life, viz. the gross three dimensional life of waking state of consciousness and the other, subtle state of life of the so called dream, which is nothing but a state of uni - dimensional kind of life different inhabited by different kinds of beings of who are composed of bodies made of a particular kind of energy matter known to present technology-science.

See More Friday at 10:24am, Friday at 8:25pm • In the course of evolution of world civilization, man discarded

horses and bullocks as work labour power force, replaced, and supplementing with machines as power gadgets. Why? (1) Because, animal labour force is a live-power; like human beings ...they are composed of bio-system, living organic machine as power generating tool. They have to be fed with bio-organic materials like plants, leaves, grass, vegetables etc. like the one as human beings need to eat to generate, loco motor work with hands, to generate thought-power by brain, speech power, audio-power etc. Animals have to be fed whether they work or not just to survive. But, machines need not be fed with petrol, diesel, or other type of power generating material if they are not put to work un-like bio-material system of animal and human bodies.

That is (1) one of the reason to replace animal labour force with machine power for work.(2) another reason is speed of completing the work.(3) Animal force becomes aged, suffer diseases, and dearth as permanent disposal from the work-force. In the same way, human beings also suffer because both animals and human beings are constituted of similar bio-organic-tissue material. So, we suffer in similar ways as working-bio-system-material. Is there no escape from this? Yes there is. How? By evolution in to a different type of body-mind-encasement equipment made of subtle-energy material (Sukshma shakti) which is different from the gross energy power known to the scientist of modern technology. When this subtle energy material is used to build the body-mind-encasement it lasts for eons of time-duration and very subtle than the electrons and travel with astral cosmic velocities, un-known to the particular physicist as scientist. (3) Such beings are called as ''Devatas'' that is those who have shining astral bodies and travel through cosmic subtle astral space. There are six subtle astral worlds which are increasingly more and more Subtle and space covering by expansion Viz: Bhor-Loka; (2) Suvar Loka; (3) mahar Loka; (4) Tapo Loka; (5) Gnana Loka; (6) Satya Loka or Brahma Loka. One can have a ''peep" by yoga meditation into these higher subtle worlds. It is not fancy imagination story. They are real worlds made of subtle energy matter that shines by astral illumination. The bio-system tissue bodies as the encasement can evolute by yoga meditation into above described astral energy light of subtle bodies that do not require bio-material food & water, surviving by subtle energy pervading in to cosmic subtle space.
