Principle Activities

• Integrated engineering (INTEGRA) is a contracting company founded in year 2000 over the past 12 years INTEGRA had executed private housing, high rise office and residential buildings, storage facilities for both normal and cold storage use, in addition to projects requiring special engineering applications.

• INTEGRA performs building construction with an objective to satisfy the owner and building designers through our main activities that do include but not limited to following.

Prepare a bid price based on accurate estimate of construction costs this requires development of a concept for performance of the work and construction time schedule.

Our technical back ground allows us to technically evaluate our projects, value engineer options to reduce cost of construction, enhance quality and improve constructability.

Overall responsibility for construction of building projects including professional construction management, engage subcontractors who take responsibility for various trades required for construction.

Plan and schedule construction operations in detail and mobilize equipment, labor, and technical staff.

Perform turnkey contracts (of suitable size) that involve design and constructions within projects intents and budget.

• Currently we are classified Second Category for civil works at Central Tenders Committee and category (A) in Kuwait municipality.
