YOUR RESERVES AND YOUR PRODUCTION INFRASTRUCTURE ARE YOUR MOST VALUABLE ASSETS. NOW YOU CAN TREAT THEM THAT WAY.

With the Halliburton Artificial Lift InteLift™ remote monitoring system performing 24/7 monitoring of users wells, the user has total performance identification and control* of their most valuable assets. With InteLift remote monitoring system, users can monitor well performance to optimize profitability and pump performance to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. Problems can be diagnosed in real time and remedial action taken on wells equipped with electrical submersible pumps (ESPs), MaxiStroke® surface rod pumps, progressive cavity pumps, or conventional surface rods pumps.

InteLift™ REMOTE MONITORING SYSTEM

InteLift™ Remote Monitoring System

System Architecture

Run your reservoir the way you run your business

Applications• Active conventional wells• Unconventional shale liquid rich and gas wells• Wells producing associated gas• Field management

Benefits• Reduces downtime• Helps reduce interventions• Facilitates increased run life• Enables optimization of production• Enables improved operating efficiency• Reduces operating expense and lifting costs• Enables management by exception• Avoids unnecessary trips to well site• Reduces health safety environment (HSE) exposure

Features• Real-time monitoring• Smart alarms• Advanced visualization• Retrofit capability• Integration with legacy systems• Mobile applications• 24 / 7 monitoring support service• Customizable screens and reports• Compatibility with all popular business software• Well cluster architecture• Real-time database• Well installation reports * For ESP, Halliburton Artificial Lift has the capability to perform remote control using UEdit,

Halliburton’s field Service Engineer control configuration software.

The following are examples of what InteLift remote monitoring system can do:

• Monitor conventional surface rod pumps• Monitor ESP operations in real time• Receive alarms in case of performance anomaly or

non-conformance event• Create and save custom trend plots and associated data• Monitor MaxiStroke® surface rod pumps• Monitor progressive cavity pumps

InteLift remote monitoring system combines a communication platform with a web-based user interface to allow remote access to artificial lift asset performance and is available for new and existing installations. The user can monitor in real-time the artificial lift system parameters, as well as signals for the well head (tubing and casing pressure and temperature) and the actuator choke opening.

The communications function provides remote 24/7 monitoring with smart alarms that give users an immediate warning of operational problems or suboptimal performance trends. The system allows users to perform well and pump diagnostics remotely to ‘zero in’ on problems, trends, or performance issues.

At the office, intuitive screens make data analysis easy. Any parameter can be viewed in real time. Users can view spot data or trends, and zoom in on any trend chart to see small performance details. Multiple parameters can be viewed simultaneously, so relevant conditions can be assessed. Custom reports and charts are easy to build and can be exported to all popular business software formats.

For a typical ESP installation, users receive decision-critical answers at their fingertips:

Table 3: From surface production data, the flow rate through the pump can be calculated and used with the equipment performance curves to determine the head, efficiency, and brake horsepower.

Table 1: Dashboard helps to visualize ESP operation gauges, time since last poll time, motor current charts and events and faults for a particular well.

Table 2: The InteLift™ remote monitoring system allows producers to subscribe to receive the alarms via email or SMS that will help them remote monitor their assets.

From downhole sensors• Fluid intake pressure and temperature• Motor oil and winding temperature

From surface sensors• Operating frequency• Voltage and current

Key parameters are viewed on an easy-to-read dashboard display with drill-down capability, so users can quickly diagnose problem areas and take remedial action. Users do not have to monitor their system continually, because it is equipped with configurable smart alarms that sound if any parameters move out of bounds. The alarms can be programmed to transmit an automatic email or text message to any address you choose, 24/7. Users can immediately connect to assess and control the situation, using InteLift remote monitoring system mobile applications for mobile digital devices.

Compare to any other and experience the difference in the Halliburton InteLift remote monitoring system. If a problem develops, InteLift remote monitoring system will alert and inform, and then assist to quickly implement the solution, all in a user-friendly format.

Discover what leading operating companies have learned that at any time, more than 80 percent of their wells are performing within normal bounds. By implementing InteLift remote monitoring system, user can maximize operational efficiency by focusing on the wells that need your attention and running your business for maximum uptime and optimum productivity.
