Selection

• For priorities 1-3:– By Managing authority after consultation of

Horizontal Commission (policy)

• For priority 4– Call decided by Thematical Commission (all

partners)– 6 eyes principle– Evaluation college– Thematical Commission

Finance

• 100% for private organizations• 60% for governmental organizations at

national, regional or local level• Extensive financial criteria, with 15% flat

rate for indirect costs, real costs for staff, working costs and transnational expenses

• Advances on annual basis: 70% of Flemish co financing for private organizations

Monitoring and evaluation

• Participation in Flemish thematical work

• Self-evaluation

• Validation of product(s) or experiences

• Coaching visits first 6 months

• Reporting every calendar year

• Final report includes products

• No third faze for non-validated products
