Interim Managers X Generation:

The buffers between three generations

Page 2: Interim Managers X Generation, the buffers between three generations

My name is Maite.

I was born in 1969. I am 46 years old.

I'm "X Generation ". I´m a buffer, a cushion, a shock absorber, call it as you want.

I am among the "baby boomers" "Z generation: millennials" and "Y generation: digital natives".

I am Interim Manager by vocation and free choice, because I think I should act as a buffer during the transition to mitigates balances between several generations: baby boomers, millennials, and very soon, digital natives in

companies.

If you too were born between 1960 and 1980 like me, you should have your liquid mind because if you're still not forming every day, if you don´t

adapt to the digital environment, and don´t want to improve your languages, then you have to get off the train working life ...

I'm happy because boarding the train, it's my decision, it is my determination, it is in my hands, in my mind ...

If you are "X generation", keep your liquid mind, and gets on the train with me, please, the trip will not be the same if we alighted now ...

We still have many things to tell millennials and many others to learn from them and very soon too many things to tell digital natives, and I repeat, "X

Generation " are cushions generational impact on our businesses, institutions and agencies.

I have two children aged 16 and 18 years old, Daniel y Mario, so they are "Generation Z" and, of course, are about to reach the station too. They

arrive with such force that they will be able to move not only baby boomers but also to those of the "X generation" who are wondering

whether or not rise ...

I hope that these arguments are sufficient to convince you to get on the train, just in case they were not, here's the latest:

If you don´t get on the train, the train will pass over you ...

It's up to you...

Do you get on the train?
