Non-illuminated inserts will minimally be printed at 1200 DPI using pigment-based UV inks on a white, satin finish UV-coated photo paper, with a matte UV over-laminate (unless otherwise noted in the design intent drawings). The thickness of the photo paper must be heavy enough such that no wrinkles or waves will occur once installed into the sign housings. If necessary, rigid backers may be used.

SIDE RAILS: Constructed from extruded aluminum parts and painted.

SIGN FRAME:APCO FullView FVS2234(H)MF - horizontal configuration, pin to be installed in the upper left position (with no pin), mounted to acrylic panel. Large format printed insert sits behind matte acrylic lens. Insert should fit tight against acrylic window for optimal appearance. Window is removed from frame with a suction cup tool using a lift/pull technique. Cabinet to be surface flush with decorative header above.
