Agenda

To review the minutes of the previous meeting of IQAC that was held on 5-06-2018. To welcome all HODs as members in IQAC committee. To welcome Smt.T.Padmaja, Office superintendent as member in IQAC committee. To review the outcome of Governing Body Meeting organized on 21st July, 2018.At

Siddhartha Academy, Vijayawada. To review the outcome of Orientation programme organized for the first year students

and parents on 14th June, 2018. To instruct all the HODs to arrange the guest lectures for students. To inform all the Staff (Teaching and Non Teaching) and students about the Expert

Committee visit for inspection of the college for the grant of extension of autonomousstatus by UGC.

To circulate the schedule of the Expert Committee visit of UGC details to Staff andNon Teaching Staff and students.

To instruct all the heads of the department to prepare all necessary documents for theinspection of the college for the grant of extension of autonomous committee.

Any other matter.

Resolutions

The minutes of the previous meeting of IQAC that was held on 5-06-2018 arereviewed.

All the HODs are welcomed as members in IQAC committee. Smt.T.Padmaja, Office superintendent is welcomed as member in IQAC committee as

Smt.DV.Narasamma has got retired on 30-06-2018. The outcome of orientation programme organized on 14th June, 2018 is reviewed and

Mr.R.Siva Rao, Lecturer in Environmental Studies asked to submit a copy of the pressreport note and photos to IQAC.

The outcome of Governing Body meeting organized on 21st July 2018. at SiddharthaAcademy, Vijayawada is discussed and reviewed with all the members. Thesuggestions of RJD have been noted and all the members are informed to implementthe following suggestion in this academic year.

1. Highlight the best practices by each and every department.2. Improve pass percentage.

All the HODs are instructed to arrange the guest lectures to students. The principal informed all the staff (Teaching and Non Teaching) and students about

the expert committee visit of the college for the grant of extension of autonomousstatus by UGC. A committee was constituted to monitor autonomy work.

Resolved to circulate the schedule of the expert committee visit of UGC details to thestaff and the students.

All the Heads of the department are instructed to prepare the necessary documents forthe inspection of the college for the grant of extension of autonomous.

Finally the Cordinator of IQAC thanked all the members of IQAC for theirparticipation.
