It is our great pleasure to host the first edition of the International Conference on Innovation and Intelligence for Informatics, Computing, and technologies (3ICT 2018) at University of Bahrain in the Kingdom of Bahrain, which is technically sponsored by IEEE Bahrain section and IET Bahrain Local Network. 3ICT conference is a result of a joint collaboration between University of Bahrain and Edge Hill University which is sponsored by the British Council, and the Communication and Information Research Center at Sultan Qaboos University.The 3ICT 2018 provides a forum for the researchers and industry practitioners to exchange the latest fundamental advances in the state of the art and practice of Computing, Advanced Technologies, and Innovative Research. Your gathering and engagement in here are of the greatest importance. It is important for the development of future generations and economy at the national and global level.We are at a most excited by the production of the new knowledge and stimulated by the questions raised by creative researchers from all over the world.The conference participants will present their latest research results and discuss new solutions and ways to address the numerous challenges in many effective and highly in demand areas in locally and globally such as cyber security, artificial intelligence, smart cities, cloud computing, internet of things, and many others.By exploring and developing new areas of research or by making connections between existing separate areas of the field, multidisciplinary teams and collaborations are in need to advance research across the full breadth of technology and its use in various areas.We are proud of initiating research collaboration with University of Edge Hill. This is only the beginning, our faculty members will continue to strengthen the existing collaborations and start new ones to create a significant effect worldwide.

I am pleased to announce that the number of submitted papers is 180 and the accepted paper is 90 which gives 50% acceptance rate. The range and amount of research papers that will be discussed in the 18 sessions of this conference will contribute to answer many current and future questions and find technological innovations to address the fast-changing needs and benefits of s ocieties.

Hill University, and (CIRC) Sultan Qaboos University. The 3ICT 2018 is a world-class

research platform that attracting global and national innovators, researchers, and

industry practitioners who are committed to inspire and invigorate with the latest

innovations, advances, and practice of computing and advanced technologies.

The 3ICT 2018 is technically sponsored by IEEE Bahrain section and IET Bahrain

Local Network. We all look forward to create successful, memorable, and enjoyable

Conference Objectives

The College of Information Technology, University of Bahrain is or-

ganizing the 2018 International Conference on Innovation and Intel-

ligence for Informatics, Computing, and Technologies (3ICT 2018)

in collaboration with Edge Hill University, and (CIRC) Sultan Qa-

boos University. The aim of 3ICT 2018 is to provide a forum for the

researchers and industry practitioners to exchange the latest fun-

damental advances in the state of the art and practice of Comput-

ing, Advanced Technologies, and Innovative Research. present their
