Chemical DescriptionTergazyme consists primarily of a homogeneous blend of sodium linear alkylaryl sulfonate,phosphates, carbonates, and protease enzyme. Tergazyme is anionic in nature. Let soak in jar until enough pipettesaccumulate to fill holder. Drop Alcotab into the rinser. Place the holder with pipettes intorinser. Alcotabs will dissolve (in cold or warm water) and effervesce, producing a detergentsolution that passes up and down through the bores and around the pipettes. Rinsing auto-matically follows after the tablet has dissolved. For analytical or tissue culture work, usedistilled, deionized, or purified water for all or final rinse. For food contact surfaces, rinsewith potable water.

For difficult soils,raise water temperature and use more detergent. RINSE THOROUGHLY—preferably withrunning water. For soak, circulate or ultrasonic use, make a 1% solution in cold, warm orhot water. For difficult soils, raise water temperature and use more detergent. Wear protec-tive gloves and eyewear when handling. RINSE THOROUGHLY—preferably with runningwater.
