    Electronic Payment Suite (EPS) was conceived out of Lava’s vast experience

    integrating E-Payment gateways and systems for clients.

    The need for comprehensive reports, transaction tracking, and administrator

    modules led to the development of EPS, a suite where a central engine tracks all

    transactions and types through the payment gateway. The client just needs to

    deploy EPS once and connect subsequently to each payment gateway (either all

    at once or in a staggered deployment) installed to enjoy the tracking, interface

    and reporting capabilities.

    e-payment portal to collect the payment of cukaitanah (land tax) for the state

    government of Johor. The project uses Lava System’s E-Payment Suite (EPS)

    which is a complete solution package for an e-payment portal. This includes the

    3) Customer Relationship System – Halal Industry Development Corporation

    HDC requires the introduction of a suite of applications for Customer Relationship

    Management to manage communication and interaction between itself, its

    customers, clients and stakeholders. As HDC is positioning itself as a hub of

    information on the Halal Industry as evidenced by the plans for a Global Halal

    Support Centre, the emphasis on the customer service aspect of CRM as a means of

    engagement with end clients grows in significance.

    HDC already has plans to acquire IVR systems and Call Centre Interaction systems as

    part of its future plans. The challenge to Lava then is the creation of a suite of

    products and applications that caters specifically to HDC’s current need and, as the
