Resondent: 1ell, I would say it%s )etter to go t$roug$ t$e )arangay -rst
)efore going to court# so t$at in t$e )arangay alang you
can already settle t$e issue and avoid t$e issue to# u$m# to
worsen# or go out of $and.
Interviewer: Is t$e 2uong 4agaamayaa an e>ective tool in settling
disutes in t$e )arangay level*
Resondent: +es, I would say it is e>ective. 4$ere are disutes or ro)lems
t$at are ust minor or ust a misunderstanding, )ut t$e
)arangay can $el settle t$at ro)lem. Also, it avoids -ling a
case in court. !oing to court wit$ ust a minor issue is useless,it will ust cost you time and money.
Interviewer: &'ay, so t$at%s it. 4$at would )e all. 4$an' you for your time.
