This form is a guideline for an oral interview between two members of the Christian Education Board and a prospective volunteer. These questions will be shared with the prospective volunteer prior to the interview and information discussed during the oral interview itself will be confidential. Before an inter-view the volunteer should have filled out the application and informed consent form, and the policy for reducing the risk of abuse should be clearly explained.
