Background and Drug ScreeningIn addition to our standard screening process, Labor Ready has the resources to provide companies with background checks and drug screening, upon the request of the customer. The checks are designed to mirror the processes of the specific client to whom the potential employee may be assigned. Background checks and drug screening are provided for an additional management cost for any customer making such a request.

SafetyAll workers are sent to jobsites with the personal protective equipment for their job as described by you. When workers fill out an application, all standard operating procedures are reviewed and a safety test must be taken. Safety films are also shown daily in all of the Labor Ready branches.

Technology Labor Ready’s proprietary software allows the ability to track employee hours, track overtime, and save specific worker skill sets. Branch managers are trained to ensure that I-9 forms are properly completed and all documentation is valid.
