• Our team has over 125 years of combined mechanical experience.
• We have a spacious facility with the necessary equipment to handle and repair your equipment.
• We have the necessary parts on hand to repair your apparatus quickly.
• We are the ONLY self contained pump repair facility in the region. We REWIND our own stators.
We have parts on the shelf to aid in turning around your repair job quickly!
• We have a 1250hp capacity Phenix Core Loss Test Set that determines whether a motor has a damaged core.
• This is a VITAL step in the rewinding of a motor. A rewound motor with core damage will have greatly reduced efficiency and will fail prematurely due to the excess heat that it will generate.
• We have the region’s only Samatic Automatic Coil winding machine, which produces the highest of quality coils, preserves motor operating efficiencies and saves time.
• We use spike resistant, inverter duty wire on all rewinds.
• We also use Class H insulation• Other options available upon
