This 200,000-square-foot class A modern warehouse office building will be the new hub for Philadelphia’s innovators. 1100 Ludlow Street includes large open floor plans, high ceilings and full-height windows – features ideally suited for contemporary collaborative office spaces – uniquely situated in the heart of Center City.
This office building is part of East Market – a $600 million multi-phased mixed-use development that is transforming this 4.3-acre city block from 11th to 12th streets and Market to Chestnut streets. The first phase will be completed in Spring 2017 and will include 175,00 square feet of office space, 322 modern residential units and 130,000 square feet of new retail and restaurant space.
