Set a BIG GOAL that will be an exciting challenge to achieve.

Overview directions to avoid obstacles and challenges.

Formulate step-by-step action plan of smaller goals and tasks - includes project pacing, timing and launch-points.

Compose communication plans to enroll different audiences.

Determine what systems ARE working towards goal, and what systems are NOT.

Inspire ideal talent to revise/redesign systems for effectiveness.

Encourage open communication towards common goals.

Seek opportunities to continuously refine processes.
