Coming soon - PayOnline, our online payments solution, is the convenient and cost-effective way for our students to view and pay their fees via a secure portal.

What to remember:

• The personal Secure Link included in the Offer Letter and other payment documents allows access to PayOnline with a single click

• All fees are displayed, but payment is only required for fees due as per Offer letter or statement

• A range of popular payment options are available in PayOnline, including most major Credit Cards, Union Pay as well as offline bank telegraphic transfer

How to Use PayOnline

We do not store any Credit Card details. All payment is securely processed by GlobalCollect

After payment is processed, instant notification is shown on screen and emailed to the address on account

What to remember:

• When the Bank Transfer option is selected, we do not take money directly from the payer’s bank account

• A payment advice shown on screen provides details for bank transfer including account number, and can be used to make payment using any method supported by the payer’s bank

• When paying by Bank Transfer, ensure the Bank Transfer Reference is included to prevent delays in allocating payment correctly

How to Use PayOnline

• If paying for a new student enrolment, include Proof of Payment with the accepted offer and confirmation documents when sent to Admissions

Exceptions and Considerations

PayOnline is available at our Higher Education and Career training campuses globally, with the following exceptions –

• In Australia, CSU Study Centres students will continue to pay CSU directly, using the bank details provided in Offer letters

• In the United Kingdom, Kingston Distance Learning students will pay Kingston directly using the bank details provided in Offer letters

• In the United States, Long Island University students can use PayOnline for their first payment, but will pay LIU direct for remaining fee instalments

• Sanctioned countries – we are unable to receive payment through PayOnline from bank accounts in Cuba, Iran, Sudan, Syria and North Korea. Alternative payment methods will be provided for these students

• Currency restrictions – not all payment options will be available in every currency. However, students will always be able to make payments in their destination currency and US Dollars

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can use PayOnline? All our new students will be able to use PayOnline soon. Parents, Agents and sponsors can also use PayOnline to make payment on behalf of students.

Is PayOnline secure?All of our PayOnline sites use security certificates for a secure connection. A secure link or secure access code is required to view the details in PayOnline, and the sites will time out after a period of inactivity. We have partnered with GlobalCollect, part of Ingenico Group, a trusted Payment Service Provider with 20 years of experience. We do not store any payment details, GlobalCollect processes and collects all payments on our behalf.

How long does it take for payment to show on the student account?  If paying by credit card, payment is allocated immediately to the student account when the enrolment is confirmed. If paying by Bank Transfer, payment will be on account within 5 business days from the date of payment at your bank.

Can I pay student fees by Credit Card?Payment can be made using a range of Credit and Debit Cards, however please be aware of daily online limits set on some cards. Please contact your card issuer for details on daily limits.

What currency options are there?Fees can be paid using 3 currency options: home country currency, US dollars, or the invoice currency (for country of study). If paying from an account located in a different country to that displayed on the payment options page, we recommend selecting the country where this account is located to avoid further international transaction fees being charged.
