1) Points of Vietnamese regulationCompare to Japan or other developed country, regulation of Color and Cl is more strict.In addition, regulation of COD and T‐N is also strict.Main difficulties to treat waste water will be Color.
2) Trend of Textile Dyeing industry in Vietnam
There’re 5000 textile companies approximately.
The trading amount is 8% of GDP (17bill$ Sales on 2012)
and ranked top of export amount (15.09bill$ on 2012, 13.2%)

3) Problem
Seek the appropriate technology to treatTextile Dyeing waste water in Vietnam
a) There’re approx. 200 IP in Vietnam, however only around 25% of IP have WWTP, or even they own, it is believed that wastewater is not treated properly.
b) Primary treatment has not been managed properly.c) The proper technology to treat color is not applied.
