Distinguish Between Life Coaching and Coaching in Health Care
The reality is that health is related to almost every aspect of the patient’s life.
Life coaching focuses on the person’s life purpose. Coaching in health care focuses more on managing chronic
conditions or overall health Life coaching and coaching in healthcare can be overlapped. Life coach and health coach both assess the person’s values and
beliefs because that is the source of sustaining the motivation to develop life skills
Health is the resource of life and preventive self care is the key to preserving that resource
