6. INVESTMENT REQUIREMENTS
Every area and each individual property are unique in there own way and there are so many
variables when it comes to talking about the numbers, but based on previous experience and
several other factors we believe that a good starting point for any investor in this market would
be around £7k.
The level of investment will vary as we mention above this we believe is just a starting point and
can be significantly higher for other properties.
It is important for the purpose of achieving as many bookings as possible for each unit that they
stand out in the market place, therefore, we insist on professional photography high-level decor
and accessories along with good quality furniture. (**)

7. OUR PROFIT
HOW DO WE MAKE OUR PROFIT?
Most companies offer property sourcing and management all-inclusive we will only be working
on a profit share so effectively we will only be paid on our results for each unit divided as follow:
89% MONTHLY PROFIT TO THE INVESTOR
11% MONTHLY PROFIT TO OUR COMPANY
In case we would need to source units as company let on demand directly from construction
companies and/or various sources we would charge an introduction administration fee which it
will varies on a case by case bases and our company profit in this case will be 16%.
We would love also to operate with established landlords which they would like to generate a
good source of income by using their extra rooms for the guests.
The contract will be valid for the duration of the rental agreement that is signed at the outset and
will include any subsequent renewals.

Our company is collaborating with Sabs Online Ltd in a Joint Venture arrangement and thanks
to our strategic partnership we are able to offer an unprecedented service which complete
property sourcing and service accommodation management.
Our services operate not only in the UK market but also abroad, therefore, we can offer remote
handoff service accommodation management wherever your property is located in Europe, Asia
or America.

9. DOCUMENT REQUIRED - BUYERS
Due to the nature of our business and the sensitive information we are handling we need
investors to provide the following documentation before we proceed:
1. Full Company details and registration number.
2. Full details of the Buyer / Investor
3. Document ID and/or Passport.
4. Proof of Funds (POF) also for anti-money laundering purposes as per UK regulations.
5. Declaration as to the source of your funds. (it can be done before the offer is accepted).
We remind all potential future clients that our company is fully compliant with the anti-money
regulations, therefore, during the deal process, it will be required to provide all the necessary
documentation in order to keep them as evidence and for internal company record.

10. INVEST IN PROPERTY WITH US
You can participate and invest in property with us also in other ways as listed below:
a. ANNUAL FIX RETURN (**)
With this option we can offer the possibility to invest hand-off with a low entry level
into several projects focused on Buy to Let and Rent to Rent business in form of a
loan agreement.
Usually the capital required varies from 5K up to 15K which offer an annual fix
return from 8% up to 10% depending on the deal available.
We can pay fix capital and interest on monthly bases usually for 3 years which
generate a total up to 30% net return on investment.
b. PROFIT SHARING (**)
With this option we don’t offer any fix return but a profit sharing hands-off for the
investor, therefore, a JV – SPV company usually will be setup fit for porpoise or
we can keep a more flexible approach by using a loan agreement.
You can achieve sensible returns by investing into Buy to Let or Rent to Rent
projects with us where we put all the knowledge, contacts and the expertise in
place in order to make a win-win for all the parties involved.
