Click here January 7, 2013 IPMG Stakeholder Advisory Committee IPMG is proud to announce the formation of our first IPMG Stakeholder Advisory Committee. We are inviting stakeholders in the disability community to submit notice of their interest to be a part of this exciting new venture. Purpose The purpose of this committee is to advise and assist in the design and development of policies and procedures to ensure that IPMG provides the most relevant and person- centered case management services possible. Topics will be determined by the committee based upon their relevance to the group, and their desired outcomes in relation to case management. Members This committee will be comprised of a group of dedicated and involved stakeholders within the disability community in Indiana who have a vested interest in the quality of case management services. They will include, but not be limited to, individuals receiving waiver services, self advocates, guardians and involved family members, and providers of related waiver services. The committee will be limited to a total of no more than 12 stakeholders, in addition to IPMG representatives. Responsibilities The committee will meet quarterly, in a location in the state most convenient for the majority of members, and may have conference call and email contact in the interim months as projects are being implemented. How to apply If you are interested in being considered for membership on the IPMG Stakeholder Advisory Committee, please download the application and send it to [email protected] on or before February 8, 2013 at 5pm. IPMG Stakeholder Advisory Committee

IPMG is proud to announce the formation of our first IPMG Stakeholder AdvisoryCommittee. We are inviting stakeholders in the disability community to submit notice oftheir interest to be a part of this exciting new venture.

Purpose The purpose of this committee is to advise and assist in the design and development ofpolicies and procedures to ensure that IPMG provides the most relevant and person-centered case management services possible.
