IPMG Stakeholder Advisory Committee
IPMG is proud to announce the formation of our first IPMG Stakeholder AdvisoryCommittee. We are inviting stakeholders in the disability community to submit notice oftheir interest to be a part of this exciting new venture.
Purpose The purpose of this committee is to advise and assist in the design and development ofpolicies and procedures to ensure that IPMG provides the most relevant and person-centered case management services possible. Topics will be determined by thecommittee based upon their relevance to the group, and their desired outcomes inrelation to case management.
MembersThis committee will be comprised of a group of dedicated and involved stakeholderswithin the disability community in Indiana who have a vested interest in the quality ofcase management services. They will include, but not be limited to, individualsreceiving waiver services, self advocates, guardians and involved family members, andproviders of related waiver services. The committee will be limited to a total of nomore than 12 stakeholders, in addition to IPMG representatives.
ResponsibilitiesThe committee will meet quarterly, in a location in the state most convenient for themajority of members, and may have conference call and email contact in the interimmonths as projects are being implemented.
