Simple - four steps to installing IPSEvolve

Once the site has beenprepared, fix the aluminiumsite frame to the wall, ceiling and floor.

Simple click-fix installation.

Click-fix the first IPS Evolve

unit onto the frame andslide into position. Attach avertical flashgap to theframe, on either side of theunit, screw-fixing to theframe from the face. Fix tieback to the wall. Repeatuntil all units are in place.

IPS Evolve can be specified with a wide range of

finishes, ceramics and fittings

IPS Evolve washbasins are fixed to the back panel and sealed

with white silicone sealant at our factory complete with taps,

waste and trap. The concealed hot and cold services in

15mm copper pipe terminate behind the bottom or top

access panel as required.

IPS Evolve vanities are delivered to site pre-assembled.

IPS Evolve is designed to ensure quality

and convenience

IPS Evolve WCs are supplied loose to be fixed on site.

Cisterns are assembled, tested and fixed to the unit at our

factory with overflow and supply terminating at the cistern

unless otherwise specified. WCs terminate at the trap outlet.

IPS Evolve urinals are fixed to the back panel and sealed with

white silicone sealant at our factory. The auto-cistern

petcock, flushpipe and trap are also factory-fitted. The waste

pipe terminates with a multi-fit outlet.

IPS Evolve single or multi-run systems take on a new

dimension - glass cantilever vanity units. Combining all the

benefits of a pre-plumbed system with the contemporary

styling of glass cantilever results in a unique washroom

solution. Alternatively, more traditional styles of vanity units

can be delivered, pre-plumbed to site with sanitaryware and

taps attached, ensuring quality and ease of installation.

performance boards:

Melamine faced chipboard 19mm

high performance melamine faced

730kg/m3 grade chipboard, which is

moisture resistant. All visible panel edges

are lipped with profiled 3mm PVC.

High pressure laminate 17mm V313

moisture resistant 680kg/m3 grade

chipboard. Panels are faced both sides

with high pressure laminate to an overall

thickness of 19mm. Panels have post

formed vertical edges with black pvc to

horizontal edges.

Compact 13mm solid gradelaminate panels that are extremely

resistant to impact and panel core is

impervious to water. Edges are

radiused and polished black. No lipping

is required.

Designed in sections for ease of

installation and to help gain access for

the maintenance of concealed services.

Each section is supplied with locating

dowels.

Site frameFraming manufactured from extruded

aluminium section.

Sub-framesManufactured from rolled galvanised

steel section with chipboard bracing

board. Sub-frame installed within

aluminium site frame by click-fix nylon
