Introduction•Evangelism begins in the hearts of
the saved -
•“We are in the business of saving men’s souls.”
•The Macedonian call - Romans 10:14-18; 1 Corinthians 1:21
•Purpose of our study
Isaiah 6:8 - “Here I am. Send me!”
The nation of Israel was overcome with sinfulness - Isaiah 1:10-15;
29:13-16The nation was unwilling to listen to
her prophets - Jeremiah 25:3-7The Israelites would not learn from this mistake - Matthew 13:14-15
Isaiah 6:8 - “Here I am. Send me!”
•Isaiah’s mission did not change because of the grim outlook -
•God is long-suffering and desires for all men to be saved - Isaiah 1:18-20; 1 Timothy 2:4
•Jesus’ commission of His disciples - Matthew 10:16-22; John 15:18-19 (3:18-19)
Isaiah 6:8 - “Here I am. Send me!”
•Isaiah’s mission did not change because of the grim outlook -
