Mission Critical Our Mission Critical (MC) Division provides technical services based on the transport of information through Wired or Wireless means. Critical Infrastructure covers the bottom four layers of the Open Systems Interconnect (OSI) model developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Mission Critical provides proven expertise in the following areas:

o Represented the four Major Wireless Carriers in the United States and was the primary Client Liaison to the Owner, Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) and Systems Integrator for the CWAS project.

o DCMA had an existing Cisco campus infrastructure with CAT6500 in the core and stacks of CAT3750s in their various datacenters located at the four regional offices. IGSS upgraded all core switches and edge devices to a total Brocade solutions and save DCMA over 40% on a Cisco refresh proposal. iSG continues to support the annual maintenance and technology refreshes as required.

National Academies of Science (NAS): o Provided engineering support to the design, implementation and integration of backbone

network upgrades to a new SONNET ring structure for the academies and data center relocation; firewall design and deployment for DMZ segments for enterprise server clusters on PIX 515E platforms; firewall design and secure site-to-site VPN deployment; and VPN designs and deployments on the PIX 515E.
