Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study risk management which happened incident case in shop

floor of Industrial Engineering at University of Phayao by characteristics of environmental assessment and risk management ISO 31000. The results showed that medium level in score of risk measurement

in shop floor of Industrial Engineering at University of Phayao and the guideline for this risk management

ISO 31000 in shop floor of Industrial Engineering at University of Phayao can apply to a prototype for another organization.
