Andrology is the medical speciality that deals with male health, particularly relating to the problems of the male reproductive system and urological problems. The journal publishes significant new findings of basic and clinical research on male reproductive system.

Andrology-Open Access is the study of male health, especially male sexual organs and reproduction. Andrology-Open Access is an international, peer-reviewed journal publishing an overview of human research on male reproductive system, male urology and male infertility.

Andrology-Open Access explicates the Andrology encompasses a wide variety of areas, including male infertility, male sexual function, and urologic issues specific to men. The Journal elaborates the study of the development of andrology from its beginning to the present time from a historical point of view. Concerning the future development of andrology, the necessity of andrology as a medical specialty with regard to modern technologies of assisted reproduction is considered.
