Cloud Computing - Types
Public - a service provider makes resources, such as applications and storage, available to the public over the Internet. May be free or pay-per-usage.
Community - shares infrastructure between several organisations from a specific community with common needs.
Hybrid - a composition of two or more clouds (private, community, or public).
Private - is infrastructure operated solely for a single organization, whether managed internally or by a third-party and hosted internally or externally.

Cloud Computing - Services
Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) provides data center, infrastructure hardware and software resources over the Internet. Use and pay for what you need at any given time.
Platform as a Service (PaaS) Google’s App Engine, and Microsoft’s Azure are examples of PaaS. These Platform features enable companies to create custom applications.
Software as a Service (SaaS) can be defined as a software distribution model in which applications are hosted by a vendor or service provider and made available to customers over the Internet. Examples include Google + and Microsoft Live.
