Hendrick’s Gin 41.4% Abv (Girvan) £2.50

More than any other Gin, this has led to a new generation of Gins exploring more adventurous

aromas and flavours. Distilled using two different methods; Pot Still and infusion. The two distillates are combined, then cucumber and rose oils added.

Caorunn Gin 41.8% Abv (Speyside) £2.50

Caorunn is Gaelic for rowanberry. It includes eleven botanicals — as well as some traditional Gin botanicals, there are five more unusual ones; rowanberries, apple,

heather, bog myrtle and dandelion. The five-sided bottle represents the five Celtic botanicals.

Two stills, curiously named Flora and Caledonia weave their magic. Caledonia is a tall, elegant column still. Flora is a round pot still. Both create wonderfully individual Gins that taste as

spectacular as the equipment used to create them. Our method is perfectly simple and inspired, “begin at the beginning, go on until you come to the end, then stop!” Finally comes the most

Rock Rose Gin will herald a new vintage each year as local botanicals are dependent on the climate and will subtly change year on year. Dunnet Bay Distillers named the Gin after their first botanical forage along the Caithness cliffs, where they

discovered a rose in the rocks.

£3.15An unmistakably Orcadian Gin, made with locally grown botanicals, including ramanas rose, borage and angelica.

Very floral with hints of sea breeze and citrus.

Lone Wolf Gin 40% Abv (Aberdeenshire)

£2.90Born under a hazy moon, LoneWolf rose from the

ferocity of the Scots forest. Lavender and citrus notes run alongside a forage of feral pin needles, but it’s the
