It’s Easy to Impress À la Carte is pleased to present our most popular menus designed for easy entertaining. Our displays are as attractive as they are delicious — perfect for any type of gathering.

Just unveil and indulge your guests, while you relax and enjoy your party. Our culinary team will assist you with selections and quantities to fit your theme, occasion, guest count and more. You will be happy to know, all our food is prepared in-house, fresh daily, using the best ingredients. All room temperature food is displayed on distinctive (yet disposable) platters. Hot food is wrapped in foil or packed in microwave-safe containers. You also have the option to display on china for an additional fee. Everything includes reheating instructions.

Ordering and DeliverySimply call 703-754-2714 a minimum of 72 hours in advance of your event. Pick up at our conveniently located kitchen or we will deliver. Orders may be picked up from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on Saturday and by appointment on Sunday.

Local SupportÀ la Carte continues to grow partnerships with local farms purchasing local food to support our community and promote the importance of sustainability. Ask us about our sustainability initiative and how you too can make a difference.

Service Options & PoliciesDrop-off Catering We present room temperature food on black disposable platters with seasonal garnishes. We send your hot food in heavy aluminum foil pans for reheating in a home-size oven. À la Carte provides china platters and staff for an additional price. We firmly encourage you to use staff for hot meal catering service.

Full-service Catering Our talented event designers can prepare a proposal outlining a customized menu, professional servers, bartenders and chefs required for your event. We also provide equipment, music, décor, flowers, valet, tenting, lighting or anything you need to enhance your party.

For a More Casual Affair Upscale disposable cloths, palm leaf or cream and gold, plates, cups, napkins, and utensils are an additional $4 per guest.

Minimum Guest Count We base our menu prices on a minimum of 6 guests.

Placing Orders We ask orders be placed at least 72 hours (3 work days) in advance. Final counts and full payment are due 72 hours in advance. You may increase your head count up until 24 hours before your event but you cannot decrease after your final count is due.

Cancellations No refund or credit will be given for notices given within 72 hours.

Delivery and Set-up Fees For drop-off catering, our delivery charge range is $20 to $60 based on location. Deliveries requiring hot food set-up is an additional $60. Equipment pick-ups after your event are an additional $20-$40 based on location. Fully catered delivery and pick up fees start at $80.

PaymentFor your convenience, you may pay on-line via the link included with your invoice. À la Carte accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express, with a convenience fee. Payment is required in advance per the above time line unless a corporate account is already in place.
