The City Forester has reviewed the landscape plan and supports

    the

    proposal. The landscaping

    consists

of native drought-tolerant plans th t will grow

    to

a low height and will not block ocean

    views. The proposed landscaping

    is

also consistent with the existing landscaping along

    the

    Scenic

    Road

pathway. The City Forester will be available at the meeting

    to

    answer questions

regarding the landscape plan. Staff notes that the City has worked with a property owner
