Imaging Hub with 6.8” TFT Display.

The iTool has a bright 6.8” TFT display which

delivers high-resolution true-colour images rich

in contrast and detail. iTool Video Imaging Hub

deliver optimized inspection images even in ex-

treme situations. This is achieved by precisely

attuning the image signal to the display. Images

can be viewed, marked with the on-screen text

generator and quickly save. Saved Images can

be transferred to a PC with ease using the iTool’s

USB interface or CompactFlash® mass storage

device.

The operating concept of the iTool Video Imag-

ing Hub has been designed the way it should be:

A self-explanatory on-screen user interface guides

users intuitively through the many available func-

tions. Navigate through the menu using arrow

keys. Direct action keys allow users to select the

most important functions quickly and easily.

UV Licht umschalten. Die Intensität lässt sich un-

abhängig vom gewählten Lichtmodus individuell

wählen, so bleibt während der Inspektion nichts

im Verborgenen.

8.0mm Videoscope with 4-way articulation.

Precise, sturdy and reliable. The videoscope

applied in the eXtreme System descends from

the approved iSeries videoscope family. The er-

gonomic handle of the Videoscope allows pre-

cise mechanical steering with short adjustment

travel and sensitive setting to zero-point. Con-

trolling in four directions up to 90° is carried out

via two tactile and mechanical levers.

Permanently deceleration of the controller

cables is an important advantage of the me-

chanical control. As the endoscope needs no

locking device, it can hardly be damaged while

being removed of the inspected object. Further-

more the articulation system immediately re-

acts to force effects by driving back the levers

on its own. That is effectively reducing down-

times and avoids unnecessary costs for repair.

iSeriesUV Videoscopes have been specially

developed to inspect cracks and leaks, us-

ing dye penetration testing, for example.

Equipped with special Quartz light fibers

and a UV objective lens, this videoscope

in conjunction with the UV light source

is an exceptional tool for virtually every

application in this area.
